SHAHRIZAL SHAHRUDDIN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / DIRECTOR

Shahrizal is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MIT Insurance Brokers
Sdn Bhd. and Principal Officer for MIT Captive Limited. He is also the former Deputy
Chairman for the Malaysian Insurance and Takaful Brokers Association (MITBA).
He holds a Fellow of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (FMII) in addition to
Associateship from the Australian / New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance
(ANZIIF). He has over 25 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.

Prior to joining MIT Insurance Brokers, he was the President Director for a
Multinational Insurance Company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He spent about 8
years in Indonesia and during the period, he also served as Executive Committee
Member for Malaysia Chambers Jakarta (MCJ). Before his attachment in Jakarta, he
was the Chief Executive Officer for Alloy Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd., a member of
MTD Group Berhad.

Shahrizal has attended and actively participated in the various conferences, courses
and seminars locally and abroad.
