ASSISTANT MANAGER

Nooraini's career in the insurance industry spans across 18 years. She started as an office Administrator cum Junior Adjuster in 1998 with Jaya Adjusters Sdn Bhd and later as a Claims Executive with Mit-Perinsima Insurance Brokers reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

She managed major multinational accounts such as BMW Group, Hewlett-Packard, LG Electronics, Airproducts Inc, Kellogs, Heriot-Watt University, Renesas Group, Heidelberg-Cement, Sunpower, Biocon, NOV FGS, Intersil and many others ranging from manufacturing, automotive, retails and services during her 7 over years tenure with Marsh. In addition, she also managed Hyatt hotels insurance program. She was also involved in implementing and managing the global insurance program for Emery Oleochemicals and Regional Hub for Fitness First Group.

Her key responsibility with Marsh is the management of major multinational accounts, overseeing the settlement of major claims, continuous communications with the worldwide Marsh Producing Offices on local program arrangement, and Risk Improvement Surveys arrangement and advisory. Nooraini was also tasked with assisting the Unit Head to achieve the team’s Budget.
